Cynthia Townsend (left) receives her VIE award from Artie Buxton. Ms. Townsend has taken the initiative to develop special projects and work opportunities for consumers at the Marion Center. She has assisted and inspired other employees to develop various special projects. Ms. Townsend consistently offers her services to help with other aspects of the Agency.
